Refunds
To request a refund for an incorrect charge, email us at [email protected]. Please include as much information about the transaction in question as possible (full name, last four numbers of credit/debit card, date, approximate time of the charge, total amount of the charge, and amount of the requested refund).
It generally takes 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed and credits to be applied to the original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
